Smart Panchayat

 Prof. Achyuta Samanta has converted the remote village ‘Kalarabank’, Cuttack into a Smart Village and the entire Manpur Panchayat into a model Panchayat (cluster of villages).  He has already started working to establish branches of KISS in different districts of Odisha.
