 Prof. Achyuta Samanta is the Founder of KIIT & KISS. He has already started working to establish branches of KISS in different districts of Odisha. KISS-Delhi is successfully running since 2013. He has converted the remote village ‘Kalarabank’, Cuttack into a Smart Village and the entire Manpur Panchayat into a model Panchayat (cluster of villages).
