KIIT Offers 100% Campus Placement with Some of the Best Job Offers

KIIT, the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology does not only provide the best of education but is also aimed towards moulding the careers of the students of all its departments right from Management and Law to Engineering.

The institute takes good care of training the students for placement and for higher studies as well. Students at KIIT are also trained in areas like PSU and CSAT test preparations and banking. At present, KIIT is all set to accomplish the 100% placement target with approximately 2500 students being placed throughout the country and other 1600 students bagging several job offers.




A whopping percentage of about 32% students have been placed in dream companies with an average income of 6.50 lacs. Within this, there are 16 companies providing CTC of Rs. 10 lacs and more. Highest salary to a KIITian has been offered by Amazon and it is Rs. 30 lacs. Approximately, 85 corporate companies have offered CTC of Rs. 5 lacs and more.

With more than 140 top-notch firms offering more than 4000 jobs for a batch size of 3500 eligible B-Tech students in the year 2021, KIIT is well on the path of achieving the target of offering 100% placement. It is also worth noting that since the starting of the season for campus placements 2021 graduating batch from May, 2020, KIIT has placed around 80% students in different companies.

Different placement drives within the university campus have resulted in the placement of 35% students in MNCs with an average income of 6.50 lacs. Day One recruitment drive at the campus generated approximately 2109 jobs from four companies namely Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro and Cape Gemini. Accenture here is the top recruiter providing around 718 job offers.

Industry experts say that this is one of the most excellent conversions considering the present situation in the market. Apart from this, there were many companies that visited the KIIT campus several times during the year. Such companies include Ericson, Accenture, Infosys, Escorts, Wipro, Cognizant and Cape Gemini.

There are many organizations that have confirmed their participation in the campus recruitment program 2021 to take place in the coming months. Nevertheless, procedures in this sector are on-going online for assessing the students.
