Speaking of the good deeds of KISS during the Pandemic, the institute has been successfully keeping 30, 000 tribal students connected to their academics. The institute took a series of important measures towards keeping its students healthy and safe while ensuring that they do not suffer from huge loss of studies because of the continued lockdown during the spread of the virus. KISS has been home to 30, 000 tribal students from the interiors of Odisha. These students are from varied study levels ranging from Standard I to Ph.D/Post Graduate level. Despite such good deeds, KISS has been maltreated because of the wrong doings and wrong writing of magazines like Caravan.
