KINS Faculty Wins First Prize for Oral Presentation at International Conferences

KINS Faculty, Ms. Anita Panigarhi, has grabbed the First Prize for her Oral Presentation at the “Asia Pacific Conference on Obstacles and Developments in the Field of Nursing Sciences and Healthcare”. The conference took place virtually on 1st and 2nd December 2021 in the United Arab Emirates.

           

                  

                


The Society of Nursing Practice or SFNP organised the conference in coordination with Bio-Leagues Worldwide. The conference was even organised in association with KINS, KIIT Deemed to be University, University of Nairobi Kenya, Wollega University Ethiopia and Galgotias University Noida. A total of 100 participants from across the world presented their research documents. Ms. Anita Panigarhi presented her paper on the “efficacy of Mirror Therapy to Improve Motor Function of Upper Extremity in Stroke Patients Admitted at Tertiary Care Hospital, Bhubaneswar- A Randomised Pilot Study”.


Her presentation was highly appreciated by the jury members and the scientific judges at the conference. The principal of KINS, Dr. Niyati Das, along with Prof. Asokan R, I/C of R&D and Prof. Kalyani Rath, the Vice-Principal, as well as all the faculty members, congratulated Ms. Anita Panigarhi for her excellent accomplishment and for making the KIIT and KINS Family proud at the international level.
