Special Address by Achyuta Samanta

Dr. Achyuta Samanta, the Founder of Kalinga Institute of Technology and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, is a popular social activist, educationist and Lok Sabha MP from the Kandhamal region in Odisha. He has immensely contributed to the field of social service and education. Recently, he attended the Economic Times Education Leadership Summit 2022 in Delhi and gave an inspiring speech there.

In his special address, Dr. Samanta said that proper education leads to development. It elevates people from hunger and poverty. In the 21st century, Education not only helps to reduce poverty but also builds a strong nation. It also aids in economic development. According to Dr. Samanta, the theme of the summit “Enriching the education ecosystem for a future-ready economy” is perfect in the present scenario of a country like India where the economy is growing at a very fast pace.
